KSD also broke a modern school record for fewest points in a game. The previous record was set two months ago, when KSD scored 11 points against California School for the Deaf-Riverside.
The eight points were the fewest in school history since KSD scored 7 points against Illinois School for the Deaf (an 18-7 loss) in 1931.
KSD’s season ends with a record of 11-20. The 31 games are the most in a season in school history. The 1996-97 team played 30 games.
An individual school record has been broken as well with Michael Miller, Adam Turner, and Dillon Maynard playing in 31 games each.
