Girls: New Mexico vs Walatowa

In the last quarter, we were down 16 points.  Game over, right?  Nope.  In less than 3 mintues, sophomore Kimberly Herrera  made three 3-point shots in a row and freshmen Amberley Luna added her own 3 pointer to that run.  We had the ball in the last few seconds, but we did not manage to make the last shot we needed in order to win.  I’m very proud of my girls who did not give up.  Rosina Garcia was unable to play due to illness and her absence was felt tonight.
